1. The use of the party place will be made respecting the present regulation, which the adults must explain to their children between 6 -16 years before the entrance to the party areas.
2. Children under 3 years old must be accompanied by an adult over 18 years old permanently in the Kids Cupola party room - Central Hotel.
3. Children over the age of 3 who communicate can be left unaccompanied in the rooms on the 1st and 4th floors. They know their name, understand that the parent is not present and, in case of a problem, can address the staff, bath, feelings of hunger, thirst, etc.).
4. In the situations from point 3, our supervisor will notify the parents / accompanying adult and will call him / her from the space intended for the parents.
5. Children between 3-16 years old can be left alone in the care of the Kids Party Club staff, but only in certain situations, with prior notice and with prior written consent. The management of Kids Party Club - Happy Made By SRL will be announced in advance, 24 hours in advance.
6. The adult companions of the children who enter with them at the party place take full care of them and assume full responsibility for their own children. It is forbidden to use party equipment by accompanying adults.
7. The Kids dome party space is intended for children and teenagers between 6-16 years old and accompanying adults.
8. It is forbidden the access to the party space on the 4th floor - children's area - of adults wearing unprotected shoes (dirty, full of oils and fats) with plastic slippers, a rule valid for the attendant, parent, animator, magician, etc.
9. The access of children 6 - 16 years old to the party space on the 4th floor is allowed only in clean and disinfected shoes.
10. The place of passing is supervised by the Happy Made By team - persons internally designated for this position, but they do not assume responsibility for:
a) quarrels, blows, accidents and relations between children, intervening between them, only if they have the possibility and observe the problems and altercations;
b) accidents, blows caused by non-compliance by children with the rules of use of the party place, regulations, improper use of equipment of chairs and tables, play equipment and party toys - strings, hoops, balls, etc., due to ignorance of the rules the present regulation due to their non-explanation by the companions or to the recitation of the regulations by the companions or from the disobedience and refusal of the supervisors' recommendations and from the children's inattention;
c) accidents, blows caused due to children's mental, mental and motor health problems;
d) problems arising from the inability (0-3 years) or poor communication ability of children, children with each other or with the supervisory staff (over 3 years who do not communicate);
e) situations arising from the negligence of accompanying adults who are present but do not supervise their children.
11. The supervisors have the role of general supervision of the party place and not of each child, according to Art. 6 point d) of GD 435/2010 regarding the equipment for leisure and amusement parks / children's parties.
12. Supervisors may assist unaccompanied children in the toilet if necessary and if possible, but are not obliged to do so.
13. Happy Made By does not tolerate quarrels, beatings, violent, aggressive, obscene behavior, ugly language, malicious jokes of children or their companions towards other children / companions / animators / dj / staff. In the situations listed, the persons involved may be warned to leave the party place immediately without returning the equivalent value of the party package and without subsequent reinstatement at the party place.
14. Children are prohibited from wearing sharp objects, such as knives, sticks, pencils, pens, keys and other blunt objects while using the children's party room. In case of their introduction in the playground, the parent / accompanying adult is solely responsible for any consequences, including the responsibility for accidents caused to other children or damage to objects and space of the Cupola kids room.

16. It is forbidden to push other children on the stairs or in any other place in the party space. Children are not allowed to climb on the decor of the room. 23. The toilets on the 4th floor are only for use by children and teenagers! Adults can only use the toilet on the 3rd floor for themselves!

25. Children do not have to bring their own toys to our party space, if we still introduce toys that do not belong to us, we are not responsible for them.
26. Do not leave valuables or children's toys unattended! You have the sole responsibility for them! We do not take responsibility for their loss or destruction.
27. It is forbidden for children to enter the party place with mp3 systems, wired audio devices, long chains around the neck, brooches with needles and other objects that could pose a danger to the wearer or other children.
28. The party space is used at the own risk by each client!
29. Happy Made By is not responsible for any consequences resulting from unread the regulations or non-compliance with the provisions of the regulations! Before signing the contract for the provision of services for children's parties, please read the regulations and the prices displayed!
30. As for the visitors of the party place, children 0-8 years old will NOT be left unattended at the party place on the 4th floor. If they do, it is done on their responsibility and the safety of the accompanied child.
31.
